What if I need to reschedule my cleaning?

If you need to cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, simply inform us by 3 PM the day before your scheduled visit, and we’ll accommodate your request without any hassle. While we prefer not to impose fees, cancellations made after 3 PM the day before your appointment will incur a modest late cancellation fee of $40 to cover our scheduling commitments.
